Ulcerate, Thou and Old Man Gloom among the newest additions to Roadburn 2019 line-up

Roadburn has added a few more names for 2019. Among them are New Zealand’s tech death powerhouse trio Ulcerate, who will descend upon the festival for a bone-shattering and mind-altering performance, and Lousianas’s insanely creative collective Thou, who have been announced as this year’s Artist In Residence and are set to perform four distinct shows called “Acoustic”, “Collab”, “Covers” and “Magus Era”. Also confirmed are Cave In, Old Man Gloom, playing a special set to celebrate the life of their late bassist Caleb Scoffield, Daughters, Drab Majesty, Imperial Triumphant, performing tracks from their latest record, Vile Luxury, Mord’A’Stigmata, Wovennest, performing their sophomore record, Void, in its entirety, Gold, Messa and Henrik Palm, the first name announced for Tomas Lindberg’s The Burning Darkness curated event, which will happen on Saturday. These new names join previously announced Sleep, Midnight, Have A Nice Life, Heilung and many others, with more to be announced soon.

Roadburn 2019 takes place at 013, in Tilburg, on April 11th-14th. Four-day and three-day tickets will be available for 208,50 and 185,50 euros, respectively. Daily tickets for Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be 66,50 euros each and daily tickets for Sunday will be 59,50 euros. All wil be available to purchase online via Ticketmaster, starting October 4th.
