Woodrock Festival confirms the first names for its 2020 edition

Next year, Woodrock Festival returns for its eighth edition and the first names are starting to roll – three names, to be more specific and what an awesome trio it is! First off, there is the Swedish occult metal band Witchcraft, led by the charismatic Magnus pelander and who will be bringing their entire discography for a good ol’ doom showcase. Then there is the North American sludge duo Jucifer, a familiar name to those that in Portugal love big stacks of amps and drone tonalities, and last but not least, the Canadian trio Zaum (on the photo above) will be bringing the psychedelic doom textures present in their latest record, Divination, which was released on April 26th via Listenable Records. More names will be unveiled soon, so keep your eyes peeled for further announcements.

Woodrock Festival 2020 takes place at Praia de Quiaios, in Figueira da Foz, on July 16th-18th. Three-day tickets are available for the special price of 26 euros until February 29th – after that date, they will change price. They can be purchased online via Bilheteira Online and at all Fnac and Worten physical stores in Portugal.
