Vagos Metal Fest 2021: My Dying Bride, Exodus and more join the lineup

Vagos Metal Fest has announced seven more names that will be joining the ranks of Emperor, Dimmu Borgir, Testament, Trollfest, Asphyx and Kataklysm, among many others, on the festival’s 2021 lineup. Ahead of the pack are the legendary British goth/doom metal group My Dying Bride (on the photo above), who are returning to Portugal after eleven years to present their brand-new opus of despair, The Ghost of Orion, as well as the equally legendary Bay Area thrash metallers Exodus. Also confirmed are the San Diego grinders Cattle Decapitation, the German sludge/stoner metal outfit High Fighter, and a contingent of Portuguese bands in the form of the party grinders Serrabulho, the progressive metallers Reverent Tales and the supergroup Testemunhas do Apocalipse, formed by members of Tara Perdida, Dollar Llama and Rasgo. More names will be confirmed soon, so keep your eyes peeled for further announcements.

Vagos Metal Fest 2021 takes place at Quinta do Ega, in Vagos, on July 29th-31st. Daily and three-day tickets are available for 40 and 90 euros, respectively, and can be purchased online via the festival’s website.
