Sumac, Loop, Emma Ruth Rundle and more confirmed for Roadburn 2019
There have been some more additions to the already incredible line-up of Roadburn 2019. Among them are the English space rockers Loop, who are no strangers to Roadburn as they headlined the festival back in 2014 and will now come back for a one-off show as part of Tomas Lindberg’s The Burning Darkness curated event. Tomas also confirms the presence of Danish black/heavy metal group Slægt in his curated event and outside of it we have the confirmations of Sumac, who in some ways are playing only because Aaron Turner refuses to take a day off during the festival, Young Widows – performing Old Wounds in full -, Emma Ruth Rundle, Soft Kill – performing both Heresy and Savior in full -, Crippled Black Phoenix, Lingua Ignota, CAVE, Dirk Series’ Fear Falls Burning, Jaye Jayle, Ovtrenoir, Sherpa – performing Tigris & Euphrates in full -, Throane and Treha Sektori. Exile On Mainstream Records will also be celebrating their 20th Anniversary at Roadburn 2019 and to that end, they will commandeer the Hall of Fame stage on April 13th with the following bands: Ostinato, Noise Picker, Conny Ochs, Treedeon, Bellrope and Confusion Master..
Roadburn 2019 takes place at 013, in Tilburg, on April 11th-14th. Four-day and three-day tickets will be available for 208,50 and 185,50 euros, respectively. Daily tickets for Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be 66,50 euros each and daily tickets for Sunday will be 59,50 euros. All are available to purchase online via Ticketmaster.
