Alcest, Eyehategod and Truckfighters among the first names confirmed for Into The Void 2019
The first names for the seventh edition of Into The Void are in and they are pretty fucking good. The hightlight of this announcement is certainly the French shoegazers Alcest (on the photo above) and the New Orleans sludgers Eyehategod, but it may be safe to assume all eyes will be on Truckfighters being a part of the lineup. Those more attentive will remember the band called for a long hiatus early last year and no one would expect them to come back so soon. Not that it’s a bad thing, not at all. If anything, we are all just glad they decided to return – even if an official statement hasn’t been made yet. Apart from these three great bands, the festival will also welcome the likes of The Obsessed, Fireball Ministry and Antimatter, as well as Sunnata, Downfall of Gaia, Lord Dying, Morne, Black Pyramid, Temple Fang, Hemelbestormer, Officium Triste, Lo-Pan, Purpura, Pensées Nocturnes and Garganjua. More names will be announced in due time, so keep your eyes peeled.
Into The Void 2019 takes place at Neushoorn, in Leeuwarden (Netherlands), on October 18th-19th. Single and Two-day tickets are available for 25 and 49 euros, respectively, and can already be purchased online via Ticketmaster.
