Next month: Sangre de Muerdago return to Portugal for two intimate shows

It is in the pulsating heart of the Galician forests, among centuries-old roots of oak and beech, that Sangre de Muerdago’s druidic folk music is born. The collective led by Pablo C. Ursusson asserts itself as one of the most honest and emotional voices of modern folk, where invocations and devotion to Mother Earth echo in parallel with a strong connection to the heavenly world. Their latest record, Noite, is their most-endearing and heartwarming collection of songs, woven through voice, flute, nyckelharpa, hurdy-gurdy and other ancestral tools. This is also the very same record the Galician collective will be presenting once again in Portugal, where they will perform two very intimate shows, as they have accustomed us to. On March 17th, Sangre de Muerdago will peform at the medieval pub Casa do Fauno, in Sintra, and on March 20th, the group will descend unto Teatro Rivoli’s Understage. Two incredibly special nights of magic and companionship await.

Tickets for the show in Porto are available for 7 euros and can be purchased online via Bilheteira Online or physically at Teatro Rivoli. Tickets for the Sintra show will be 15 euros and will be available on the day of the show, at Casa do Fauno.
