Old Empire announces VØID live event series with Ulver, Godflesh and Venetian Snares

This spring will mark the launch of VØID, a new series of live endeavours promoted by Old Empire, that will take place in the iconic setting of Fabric London’s live room. Across three nights which span three months, reputable bands are removed from traditional rock venues and placed into a different context for audiences to experience the full force and depth of their music through the intensity of the thumping nightclub PA. For each individual night, sonically astute bands and artists from different realms have been invited to celebrate the deep connections of their distinctive sounds within this legendary space.

On May 13th, the ever-evolving and widely praised Norwegian outfit Ulver shall lead the first offering, with electronic artist Vatican Shadow joining them on the bill. On June 17th, VØID presents the warped sounds of the legendary Venetian Snares and a special collaboration of Big Lad vs Sly & The Family Drone. And on July 15th, the final episode of this chapter sees the seminal heavy industrial sounds of Godflesh take to the room, along with support from experimental noisemonger Cut Hands. With subs beneath your feet and a refreshing new aspect in mind, these shows will be a chance to relish in the sound of incredible acts within this immersive nightclub setting.

Tickets for each date are available for 25 pounds and can be purchased online via VØID’s official website, here.
