Incineration Fest announces first names for 2023
After a tremendously successful edition that culminated with a fantastic performance by Emperor, Incineration Fest now returns to up the ante with the first three names for next year’s edition. Right off the bat, and straight out of Norway just like the aforementioned Emperor, we have the mighty frost giants Enslaved, who are currently in the process of recording the follow-up to 2020s Utgard and will be co-headlining the Electric Ballroom stage with an yet-to-be-announced band. Also confirmed are the undisputed kings of Hellenic black metal Rotting Christ as one of the sub-headlining bands on the Electric Ballroom stage, and the Dutch death/doom masters Asphyx, who will be coming back to Incineration for an exclusive UK performance. This trifecta should be quite enough to whet your appetite, but fear not, as there will be far more names to be revealed soon, so keep your eyes peeled for further announcements.
Incineration Fest takes place across Camden Town, in London, on May 13th. A limited number of early bird tickets will go on sale on November 14th and will be available online via the festival’s website.
