800 Gondomar unveil a new song, announce a trio of shows in Portugal

800 Gondomar are returning for a trio of shows around Portugal, namely Lisbon, Évora and Porto, in November. After an assumed hiatus of five years, which left us missing their unpredictable, sweaty and frenetic live performances, the power trio is once again taking urban space by storm to make us turn our heads towards the stories of their town (or should we say suburbia?). A punk attitude and the right dose of garage-rock electricity are the signature sound of a collective that writes about what they live. As they do in “AX GTI”, a brand-new song which you can listen to below this article, that stands as n ode to that space inhabited by particular social imagery, where shared symbols of belonging, recognition and ascension move at different speeds.
