Viagra Boys, Graveyard and Truckfighters among the first names announced for SonicBlast 2024

We are getting ourselves ready to embrace the Holiday spirit and there is no better way to do just that than by letting you know all about the first batch of names announced for SonicBlast 2024. Headlining this joyous announcement are the Swedish punk rockers Viagra Boys (on the photo above), who are set to perform at the festival for the first time, presenting their delicious latest record, Cave World. Also from Sweden is the fuzz rock outfit Truckfighters, who are returning to SonicBlast after eight years, as well as the psychedelic hard rock quartet Graveyard, who are returning to the festival grounds after five years to present their latest record, 6. Elsewhere, we have the return to the festival by the German progressive psych rock quartet Colour Haze, the Greek purveyors of stoner rock melodies 1000mods, the North American psychedelic rockers Sacri Monti and the heavy punk rockers Deathchant. Last but by no means least, we also have the confirmation of Brant Bjork Trio, Wine Lips, Maruja, Sunami, Home Front, Poison Ruïn and MДQUIИД. Quite the appetizing lineup, wouldn’t you say? And that’s not even half of it, as many more names more are bound to be confirmed soon, so keep your eyes peeled for further announcements.

SonicBlast 2024 takes place at the Praia da Duna do Caldeirão, in Âncora, from August 8th-10th. Three-day tickets are available for 90 euros until May 31st, after which they will be available for 100 euros. They can be purchased online via Bilheteira Online.
