2025 is becoming quite the promising year for heavy as fuck tours, as two giants of progressive death metal and melodic death core are set to join forces for a brutal Winter tour around Europe. On the one hand, we have the North American Cattle Decapitation (on the photo above), a band whose sound is both aggressive, technical and melodic, without shying away from tackling serious topics such as the animal rights, environmentalism and human extinction. Last year, they released the absolutely crushing Terrasite, which they will take the opportunity to promote during this tour. On the other hand, we have the North American Shadow of Intent, an amazing four-piece that have created a sound composed by grandiose symphonic elements, obliterating riffs and unconventional song structures. The band has been promoting their fourth record, Elegy, since 2022, with new singles having arrived since then. Opening this deadly trek on all dates will be the North American technical death metal quartet Revocation and the South African brutal slammers Vulvodynia.
