After the fantastic announcement confirming the presence of Monuments on next year’s edition of Comendatio Music Fest, the festival has unveiled two more names to whet the appetite of every prog metal fanatic. On the one hand, we have Voyager (on the photo above), an Australian quintet bent on creating a versatile and all-encompassing sound. The band will come all the way to Portugal to present their latest record, Colours in the Sun, which was released on November 1st via Season of Mist. On the other hand, we have Vola, a name that is well-known to the Portuguese audience. Returning to ye olde Lusitanian country after debuting as an opening act for Katatonia back in 2016, this Danish quartet have been on the rise ever since the release of their 2016 opus, Inmazes. Now they will come armed with a new record, the well-received Applause Of A Distant Crowd, which will surely leave no one indifferent. More names will be confirmed in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for further announcements.
