The long wait is finally coming to an end – Desire‘s upcoming tour is about to kick off and it starts in our lovely country of Portugal. Armed with a sound that has been described as dream pop for the broken-hearted, the Canadian duo formed by vocalist Megan Louise and producer Johnny Jewel will be gracing the stages of Capitólio, in Lisbon, and Outsite Mouco, in Porto, on November 29th and 30th, respectively, to present their upcoming third record, Games People Play, one that promises to push the boundaries of Desire’s unique sound even further. Tickets for both shows are still available and can be purchased online via Fever – make sure not to miss any of these singular nights. Opening both nights, and the entire tour, will be cybernetic noir punk group Orion. Ahead of the tour, Desire have released a video for their brand-new single, “Drama Queen”, a high-energy disco anthem built for the dance floor, blending classic piano house with bold, modern production. Packed with catchy hooks & symphonic stabs, “Drama Queen” combines ethereal ‘70s Disco with a fierce, contemporary twist – you can watch the video and listen to the single below this article.
